MegaShield GB 543 is a modified polysiloxane binder base coatings with PTFE in various proportions, pigmented to suit different applications directly on metal/ plated / primed surfaces. It is available in semi transparent, black and aluminium colour finish. Colours are possible with heat stable ceramic pigments. Coatings ranging from dft 8 microns to 25 microns is possible in single coat applications. Two coats are recommended for best results. Salt spray up to 500 hours can be achieved with proper surface preparation followed by professional application.
The coating offers Low COF film along with brilliant dry film lubrication properties.
