Silicoat PTL 009

Silicoat, PTL 009 is a Fluro polymer modified polysiloxane binder base coating with PTFE in various proportion to suit different applications directly on metal. It is available in semi transparent and various color finishes. Colors are possible with heat stable ceramic pigments. Coatings ranging from dft 10 micronsto 50 microns is possible in single coat applications. Only one coat is recommended for best results. Saltspray up to 5000 hours can be achieved with proper surface preparation followed by professional application. It takes brilliant adhesion direct on metal. The cured film has extraordinary dry lubrication properties coupled with water repellence properties. Hence single coat application is recommended
