Silicoat BC 288

SILICOAT BC 288/BC 290 is a state-of-the-art, high performance epoxy Poly Siloxane topcoat. This unique coating has exceptional chemical and UV resistance for exposed surfaces where color retention, high gloss and an aesthetically-pleasing finish are required. The base is made out of weather resistant epoxy and the hardener is organofunctional polysiloxane. It is pigmented with hi performance pigment to suit highly corrosive exterior/marine environment for a very long duration. On curing the film develops great hardness and flexibility with a non friction smooth surface. One coat of this product gives performance equivalent to 2 or 3 coats of polyurethane coatings.
